JJ's Bake House is owned and run by the Macfarlane family. Dad and baker Joe has twenty years experience in the food industry, with the last eight years working as Professional Cookery Lecturer at West Lothian College. Mum Kelly leading the marketing of the business and the children Katie, Charlie, JJ & Josh as heads of "development and tasting".
